The Reverse Components Disc Brake Pads - Shimano XTR, SLX are the narrow pad for the two piston calipers on Shimano XTR, XT and SLX. Reverse still calls it the pre 2011 pad, though the maker list runs all the way to the XTR M9000 and the SLX M7000. You recognise it by the angled tab with its two holes.
