One roll is enough for two rims from 26 to 29 inches, and at 25 mm wide it covers the bed of common MTB rims cleanly. The material is thin and tear-resistant, so it follows the rim contour without creasing while you apply it. Together with a tubeless valve and sealant you can run your wheels without tubes.
