The SD Components "BB386 Spinning" BMX Race Bottom Bracket - 24mm is a CNC-machined aluminum bottom bracket in the BB386 standard. It takes a crankset with a 24mm spindle and fits frames with an 86mm shell width and a 46mm inner diameter. The bearings have a conical outer race and only fit one way into the cups, the side marked OUT faces outwards. This aligns the bearings coaxially by itself for a clean power transfer. The SD Components "BB386 Spinning" BMX Race Bottom Bracket - 24mm is installed via the 20-spline internal fitting on both sides, and its threaded design keeps dirt out and makes the bottom bracket stiffer.
