Bulky Goods
BMX bikes 22" and larger, BMX Cruisers, and MTBs often exceed 120 × 60 × 60 cm and count as bulky goods. In zones 1 to 3 a surcharge of +15 EUR applies; to zones 4 and 5 we unfortunately cannot ship bulky goods. Picking them up at our shop in Stuttgart always works.
When does your parcel ship?
- "In stock (ready to ship)": Order and pay by 1 PM and your parcel usually goes to DHL the same day (Monday to Friday).
- "Ready to ship in 2-5 business days": We order this item from our supplier first. Your parcel ships as soon as everything has arrived, and we let you know by email.
- Assembly work such as wheel building takes as much longer as stated on the item.
Shop Pickup
You can also pick up your order for free at our shop in Stuttgart. Simply select "Pickup" as your shipping method. Our shop is open: Monday - Friday 11 AM - 1 PM & 2 - 6 PM and Saturday 11 AM - 4 PM.
Shipping Abroad
We currently cannot ship to Afghanistan, Cuba, Iraq, Iran, Libya, and Syria. If you cannot select your country at checkout, shipping there is unfortunately not possible.
Good to Know
Drop-off authorisation and drop-off location: why we advise against it
We advise against delivery to a designated drop-off location. If you have given DHL a drop-off authorisation or named a drop-off location, the courier will leave your parcel there without anyone receiving it. From that moment on the shipment is no longer covered by DHL, not even if it goes missing there.
A drop-off authorisation you set once applies to all your DHL shipments, not just to a single order. Many people no longer remember setting it, which is why we mention it here.
If you are not at home during the delivery window, these options are safer:
- Name a preferred neighbour, where the parcel is handed over in person.
- Redirect the delivery to a DHL branch or a Packstation.
- Give an address where somebody is present during the day, for example your work address.
You can change your delivery address and delivery instructions directly with DHL. Unfortunately we cannot change them on our side.
Your parcel has not arrived?
Please first check the delivery time for your zone above. As long as it has not passed, please be patient, as we cannot start an investigation with DHL before then.
Once the delivery time has passed, we start a parcel investigation with DHL. In most cases the parcel is then found. If it is considered lost, we let you know and find a solution together.
