Measure the circumference of your arm about 7 cm below and 7 cm above the elbow.
- Hold the arm straight and relaxed
- 7 cm above the elbow: upper arm circumference
- 7 cm below the elbow: lower arm circumference

Measure the upper arm about 20 cm above the centre of the elbow, arm straight.
