How to measure, and below it the charts of the individual manufacturers. On every product page the matching chart is linked right beside the size picker.
Measure your chest horizontally at its widest point.
- Place the tape around the chest, under the arms
- For back length, measure from the neck to the waistband
- Breathe normally, do not hold your breath
