The Topeak "JoeBlow Sport 2Stage" Floor Pump has two barrels and a lever between them. Stage 1 uses both and moves 715 cm³ per stroke until 2 bar is reached; stage 2 works with the small barrel alone and goes to 11 bar. A wide MTB tyre fills quickly, a road tyre still gets hard. TwinHead DX5 for Presta, Schrader and Dunlop.
