The Topeak "JoeBlow Tubi 2Stage" Floor Pump is the Sport 2Stage with the Tubi-Head: the chuck unscrews the Presta valve core and holds it, so the air passes through the open valve unrestricted and the tyre seats on the rim without sealant spraying out. Afterwards the core goes back in and the pump carries on as usual, with 715 cm³ per stroke in stage 1 and up to 11 bar in stage 2.
