The BOX Components "Hex Lab Carbon" BMX Race Rim 20 x 1-1/8" 28H - Front is the BOX Components Hex Lab carbon rim without a brake track, made for the front wheel or a rear wheel with a disc brake. It is built from ultra high modulus carbon fiber, which BOX says is stiffer than other carbon fibers. Sculpted reinforcements at every spoke hole bridge the angle between the sloping flanks and the spoke plane and give the rim the stiffness of a broader profile without most of its extra material. It is tubeless ready and runs just as well with a tube, it is not compatible with V-brakes.
