The Gusset "Slink" Half Link Chain - 1/2" x 1/8" is a half link chain made entirely from overlapping half links joined by square riveted pins, which lowers the risk of the chain coming apart. The straight outer plates do not hang up on grinds, and the cutaway inner plates run cleanly down to 8 teeth. SCM steel, carbonitrided, 1300 kgf breaking strength (a standard chain is around 850 kgf according to Gusset). Coloured versions are finished in rust resistant PTFE paint.
