The KMC "HL1 Wide" Chain is the successor of the HL710: a half link chain in 1/2" x 1/8" for single speed drivetrains under high chain tension, such as a BMX bike. Because you can shorten it by half a link instead of a full one, chain tension can be set more precisely than with a chain made of regular links. The chain is fully nickel plated against corrosion, and a pin for closing it is included.
