The Hayes "Dominion A4" Disc Brake is Hayes' four piston brake for trail, enduro and bike park riding. The master cylinder is factory set for the shortest possible dead stroke and a crisp bite point, the cold forged caliper works with four 17mm pistons and is stiffened by the KingPin pad retention bolt. The Crosshair screws make caliper alignment quick and precise.
It runs on DOT 5.1 fluid through a Kevlar reinforced hose, and the dual port bleed system keeps maintenance easy. The brake comes with an 1800mm hose that can be shortened and two pairs of pads: semi-metallic installed, sintered in the box. The Purple Hayes version is a limited colour. Rotor and adapter are not included.
