The JRC Components "Aluminium" Barends finish the bar with a CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminium cap. A rubber expanding wedge clamps them in handlebars with 16 to 22.5 mm inner diameter, on MTB as well as road bars with a rounded end. The cap measures 25 mm in diameter, the pair weighs 20 g; supplied as two plugs with a black steel bolt and an aluminium nut, in ten anodised colours.
