The Leatt "DBX/GPX 4.5/5.5" Thoracic Pack is the front chest plate of the Leatt neck brace and can be replaced on its own when the old one is broken or another colour is wanted. Four angle wedges are included to set the angle of the plate. It mounts onto the existing brace.
