Loctite "243" Threadlocker - 10ml is the same medium strength threadlocker as the small bottle, just in the size for a workshop rather than a tool bag. Medium strength means the joint holds against constant vibration and still opens with an allen key or spanner. This is the grade for pedal axles, chainring bolts, stems and brake mounts, the bolts that otherwise work loose over a season.
