The MRP "Cage Guard" Derailleur Cage Protector protects the derailleur pulley cage from rock strikes and impacts before they turn into costly derailleur damage. The low hanging cages of SRAM T-Type derailleurs are especially vulnerable, even more so the carbon outer cage of the XXSL.
MRP machines the guard in Colorado from durable, low friction Delrin that glides over rocks on impact. It mounts with stainless steel hardware and weighs 8 grams. Available for SRAM T-Type, Shimano XTR M9100 and Shimano XT M8100 long cage.
