The Position One "Race Expert" BMX Race Bike - Sand is the Position One BMX race bike for beginners in Expert size. The Race series is meant to open the way into BMX racing with a well thought out geometry and a fair price.
The frame is 6061-T6 aluminium with an integrated 1-1/8" head tube, fork and bar are chromoly. It comes with a 3-piece crank with 165mm arms and a 42T chainring, double wall aluminium rims in 20 x 1-3/8", a rear V-brake and ARISUN XLR8 tires. Without pedals the bike weighs 8.8kg according to US Pro.
The Expert size has a 19.75" top tube.
