The Praxis Works "M30" MTB Crank Bolt with Extractor is the replacement main bolt for Praxis M30 crank arms with a built-in self-extractor. An 8mm hex installs the crank arm and pulls it off again when loosened, the extractor ring itself unthreads with a cassette tool if ever needed. Torque 50Nm.
