The Ryde "Andra 40" BMX Race Rim - 20 Inch Disc is the disc brake version of Ryde's Andra 40 in 20 inch (406): a pinned double wall rim made of 6063-T6 aluminium, powder coated, 25mm internal width for tyres from 29 to 71mm, built for a 120kg axle load and 1400N spoke tension. Without a brake track the rim hook is particularly dent resistant. The nipple bed is thick and internally reinforced, the spoke holes are drilled 8 degrees radially and 2 degrees axially towards the hub, the valve hole takes Schrader valves. With 32 or 36 holes for 20 inch disc brake wheels, on a BMX race bike as on a kids or dirt MTB.
