The Spank "Spike 30" MTB Lock-On Grips are the slim version of Spank's lock-on grip. A 30 mm outer diameter lets you wrap your hand firmly around the bar, while the Human Factor pattern of interlocking columns still delivers the grip and damping of a finned grip. A cut out under the palm swallows impacts, and the reinforced bar end protects the bar in a crash. A single inboard aluminium ring does the clamping, so the outer end stays smooth.
