The Spank "Spike 33" MTB Lock-On Grips are the thick version of Spank's lock-on grip. A 33 mm outer diameter puts more rubber between hand and bar, which damps noticeably and takes the load off on long descents. The Human Factor pattern of interlocking columns still keeps the hand in place, and three ribs at the front of each grip add traction. A single inboard aluminium ring does the clamping, and the bar end tapers anatomically to support the little finger.
