The Tektro "ML330" BMX Race Brake Lever is a simple brake lever for V-brakes. Body and lever are forged aluminum, the reach is adjustable, a return spring is built in, and the barrel adjuster lets you fine tune the cable tension.
The two-finger lever fits bars with a 22.2mm clamp and also works with cable actuated mechanical disc brakes. You get a single lever for the right side of the bar.
