The Topeak "TriBag All Weather" Top Tube Bag - Large sits on the top tube right behind the stem and keeps bars, smartphone (display up to 6 inch), wallet or mini tool at hand. The padded main compartment and two side pockets hold 0.72 litres, the inside is lined with waterproof ripstop nylon, and a rain cover has its own pocket. It mounts with hook-and-loop straps to the top tube and head tube; Topeak recommends protective film on the frame at the contact points.
