The Transition "TR11 Alloy" MTB Frame - 29/27.5 Inch is Transition's downhill frame for race tracks, bike parks and shuttle laps: 211 mm of rear travel from the GiddyUp four-bar linkage, designed around a 200 mm dual crown fork, a mullet setup with 29" front and 27.5" rear and an alloy frame with a gravity cast BB area plus a forged rocker and chainstay yoke. The RockShox Vivid Ultimate DH and the reach adjust headset come in the kit. Two leverage curves, more linear or more progressive, suit air and coil shocks, C.H.I.P.S. adjusts head angle and BB height, the S.A.L.S.A. dropouts set the chainstay length in four steps, and the bolt-on downtube protection keeps rock strikes away. Size S is listed here as a 545 mm effective top tube with a 420 mm reach in the high position. Transition backs it with a lifetime warranty for the original owner.
