The Wera "400 Hex" Torque Indicator - 4 Nm is a T-handle with a fixed 4 mm Hex-Plus blade and a preset torque of 4 Nm: the slip clutch releases audibly and noticeably when the value is reached and cannot be over-tightened, the value is protected against tampering. The loosening torque is several times higher than the tightening torque, so the same handle undoes the bolt. For bolts that call for 4 Nm.
