The Wolf Tooth "EnCase System" Handlebar Storage Sleeves with End Caps - 2 Pieces are the holder of the EnCase system for tools inside the handlebar: two sleeves of vibration-damping EPDM rubber with machined aluminium end caps that keep the EnCase Hex Bit Wrench or Chain + Tire Plug multi-tool rattle-free, clean and dry in the bar end and pull out without tools. The rubber flap can be trimmed for narrower bars, 17.5 mm minimum inner diameter; the end caps have room for a valve adapter with valve core or a master link. A Drop Bar Fit Kit for large-diameter road bars is included. The tools are not included.
