The Bondhus Ball End Hex Key goes back to the tool John Bondhus invented in 1964: the long arm carries a ball end that still grips the screw at up to 25°. That lets you turn bolts a straight key cannot reach, and the key goes in faster because the ball finds the hex socket by itself. For the final tightening you use the short end. Bondhus makes the keys in Monticello, Minnesota, from heat treated Protanium® steel with a ProGuard™ finish and chamfered tips. Sold individually from 1.27 to 14 mm in the long version.
