The Burgtec MTB Thru Axle - Front 15mm Öhlins Boost is a leverless front thru axle machined from 7075 aluminium to the dimensions of the fork's original axle. With an Allen fitting instead of a quick release it can be tightened with a torque wrench, and there is no lever to get in the way or snag on branches. It has a double hex interface, a 6 mm Allen fitting plus an 8 mm one, so it still comes out if the 6 mm gets chewed up or the axle has not been moved for a long time. Available in 7 Burgtec colours to match Burgtec stems, caps and hangers.
