The CEMA "PF30A Interlock" MTB Bottom Bracket - Shimano is a press fit bottom bracket for frames with the asymmetric Cannondale PF30A shell (46 mm inner diameter, 73 mm wide) and Shimano Hollowtech II (24 mm) cranks. With the Interlock system both cups are screwed together through the sleeve, which prevents creaking in the press fit shell and stiffens the unit. The bearings come in stainless steel, as SRC ceramic bearings or as coated ceramic bearings of the SG3 series, each with aluminium dust covers.
