The Enduro Bearings "Zero Shimano 11-fach" Derailleur Pulley Set - 11 Teeth replaces the pulleys of your derailleur with machined Delrin pulleys running on Zero ceramic hybrid bearings. Delrin with Teflon is stiff, does not absorb moisture and, according to the manufacturer, runs with significantly less friction on the chain than aluminium or titanium. The upper pulley has a tight clearance bearing for accurate shifting, the lower one more play so it can follow the chain line. Fits most Shimano 11 speed derailleurs.
