The e*thirteen "Helix Race Carbon" MTB Crank Set is the lightest and most advanced crank e*thirteen makes: carbon arms on a machined 30 mm aluminium spindle with an 8-lobe spline, 366 g with 170 mm arms. It meets ASTM 4, so it works from featherweight XC builds to trail and all-mountain bikes. The chainring mounts via the 8-bolt interface; the matching Helix Race 8-Bolt ring needs only four bolts, rings from other brands need all eight. Crank boots, APS preload adjuster, pedal washers and the self extractor are included, the chainring is not.
