The e*thirteen "Sidekick Pro SP" MTB Rear Hub is the lightest hub in the Sidekick range: 275 g with straight-pull spoke flanges, the full anti-kickback mechanism and the Pro-level internals. Straight-pull spokes do away with the J-bend stress point at the flange and build a stiffer, lighter wheel. The Sidekick freehub isolates the drivetrain while coasting, runs near silent and with far less drag than a conventional freehub; the deadband adjusts tool-free to 9°, 13° or 18°. Inside run EZO bearings in the driver and TPX bearings in the hub shell, pawls and pusher are nickel plated. For Boost 148x12 mm, 28 holes, 6-bolt disc mount, Microspline driver; an HG driver is available separately, XD from the manufacturer. Its counterpart is the Sidekick Pro SP front hub.
