The Excess "XLC Chromoly" BMX Race Driver is a replacement chromoly freehub body for the rear hubs of Excess XLC-1 wheels and the Excess XLC 24 rear hubs. It takes Shimano standard cogs, and inside the freehub 3 simple pawls engage a 24 tooth ratchet.
It comes with bearings, pawls and springs, spacers and lockring are sold separately. Choose the Mini/Expert or Pro size as an option. The Pro version also fits all Chase Element from 2020 to 2023 and all Chase Edge from 2022 and 2023, where even the Micro to Expert XL sizes need the Pro driver.
