The Excess "XLC OS20" BMX Race Rim - 20 Inch (451) - 36H - Disc is a BMX race double wall rim made of 6061-T6 aluminum with an anodized finish. Excess makes the XLC rims in two aero profiles, this is the profile without a brake surface, for the front wheel or for a rear wheel with a disc brake. You cannot run it with a V-brake. The spoke holes are slightly angled, so the spokes run in more directly and the wheel gets stiffer.
It measures 451x28mm (OS20) for OS20 (20 inch, 451) tires, is 19mm high, weighs 347g according to US Pro and has 36 spoke holes and a Schrader valve hole. Thanks to its bead lock it is tubeless ready, for that you also need a tubeless valve, rim tape, sealant and a tubeless tire. OS20 is not a 22 inch wheel but a larger 20 inch diameter: taller and stiffer, for more speed and less rolling resistance than a classic 20 inch wheel.
