Sizing Chart: You have to measure the circumference of your arm 7cm below and 7cm above your elbow:

26-30cm your elbowpad’s size is S
27.5-31.5cm elbowknee pad’s size is M
29-33cm your elbowpad’s size is L
31.5-34.5cm your elbowpad’s size is XL
