The Gusset "Double Six" MTB Single Speed Kit - 12T is Gusset's premium single speed kit: the Shimano HG cog has a 7 mm wide spline base so power transfer does not score alloy freehub bodies. Tapered alloy spacers support the cog laterally, and a lockring is included. The 12 tooth CNC machined Cr-Mo cog is meant for micro drive set-ups. The teeth are designed for narrow 3/32" 9 speed chains, though 1/8" single speed chains also work; some half link chains may not suit the 12 tooth cog according to Gusset.
