The Maxxis Ardent Race is a versatile XC tire that still works on technical trails. The high volume casing and the medium height, ramped center knobs give comfortable damping with good rolling qualities, while the angled and offset side knobs bite reliably in corners. It shares the small, ramped center tread with the Ikon but offers more substantial side knobs.
3C MaxxSpeed is the fastest triple compound: a hard base, a fast rolling center and grippy side knobs for cornering grip, even in the wet. EXO Protection is a densely woven, cut and abrasion resistant layer in the sidewall, lightweight and flexible, for trail and XC. Folding tire, tubeless ready: run tubeless with sealant.
