The OneUp Components "EDC Lite" Multi Tool is a nine function mini tool that rides inside the steerer in its own container. Unlike the EDC V2 Tool it needs no thread and the star nut stays in: it is pushed deeper with the long bolt and the container bolts to it from below.
The plastic cap replaces the top cap and helps pull the tool out.
