The Promax "F1" BMX Race Disc Brake Lever is the hydraulic lever of the Promax F1 disc brake (DSK-927) and a reliable way into hydraulic braking on a BMX race bike. The aluminum lever is a two-finger pull, the reach is adjustable, and the hose leaves the lever straight. It clamps to 22.2mm bars. Only the lever is included, without hose, caliper, rotor or adapter. The F1 runs on mineral oil: do not use DOT fluid and only use Promax or Shimano mineral oil, other oils damage the seals in lever and caliper. The assembly side is listed as an option.
