The Quad Lock "Stem Cap Mount Adjustable" Phone Mount is the stem cap mount with a hinge: a screw tightened joint sets the angle of the head, so the phone sits right in view whatever the stem angle. The rest is as on the fixed version, CNC machined from black anodised aluminium, short black lever, head mounts on either side, dual-stage lock. Fits all Quad Lock cases and universal adaptors.
