The Quad Lock "Stem Cap Mount" Phone Mount sits between the stem and the stem cap and takes no space on the bar. CNC machined from black anodised aluminium it is the lightest Quad Lock mount, the short black lever and black bolts keep it unobtrusive. The head with the dual-stage lock mounts on either side of the bracket, so the viewing angle suits +15° or -15° stems. Fits all Quad Lock cases and universal adaptors.
