Sapim from Wilrijk near Antwerp has built nothing but spokes and nipples since 1918, for practically every wheel builder and wheel manufacturer in the world. The Polyax nipple with its round head and the bladed CX-Ray date from 1995, joined by Leader, Race, D-Light, Laser, Strong, Sprint and the 15G spokes Super Spoke and CX-Super. The spokes are made of stainless steel in Belgium, the nipples of brass or 7075-T6 aluminium, since 2019 with an in-house anodising line at the headquarters. In the shop you will find the spokes individually in every length and the nipples individually in every colour.
