What a day! For the Intercités BMX Jam & Video Premiere on Saturday, October 17th, 2026, BMX riders came to Stuttgart from all over the country, simply to ride a session together and then watch the new video Intercités, a French BMX DVD on the big screen at our shop with like-minded people. Thanks to all of you for being there!

Rain, so off to Pragfriedhof

Unfortunately it rained that day. So instead of the skatepark at Leonhardsplatz we moved spontaneously to the covered skatepark at Pragfriedhof. The park is of course open to everyone, and there were lots of skaters as well. So we made the best of it together: everybody rode one session, BMX and skateboards side by side, and the vibe was great.

Best trick: Jump the Wulle Crate

After that we held a best trick contest where almost everyone won something. Take Jump the Wulle Crate: a few Wulle beer crates set up, and whoever does the best trick over them wins. In the end the top spots went to:

On to the stockroom

Then we all headed to our shop, because the setup for the premiere still had to be built. And since nobody wanted to stop, the session simply carried on in the stockroom. Best seen in our Instagram highlight.

The premiere

At around 8 pm the lights went out and Intercités started. The video is all about the French scene: filmer Robin Bourhis travelled by train from city to city right across France for it.

In his short speech Fuhre, our managing director, thanked everyone who came. He also said openly that things are critical for shops right now. The market is getting harder for shops, BMX distribution and BMX brands, and with that for BMX events and riders too. But necessity is the mother of invention, we believe we will get through this together, and sometimes times like these make the bond even stronger. His wish at the end: a video like Intercités for the German scene one day. Because we have a really good scene, and the vibe between us is right.
