The Renthal "Duo" MTB Ahead Stem is the split stem from Renthal: the body is divided horizontally and machined in two halves. That gives the tooling access to the whole core, so Renthal can remove material without touching the strength. The bar clamp is an uninterrupted U-shaped cradle without the stress risers that make bars fail in other stems. Machined from 6082-T6 aluminium, 40mm stack height, 124g in 40mm and 143g in 50mm.
