The Wera "400 Hex" Torque Indicator - 5 Nm is a T-handle with a fixed 5 mm Hex-Plus blade and a preset torque of 5 Nm: the slip clutch releases audibly and noticeably when the value is reached and cannot be over-tightened, the value is protected against tampering. The loosening torque is several times higher than the tightening torque, so the same handle undoes the bolt. For the 5 Nm bolts on a bike, stem, bars and seat clamp.
