The Bluetech "Excess Ultra Light" BMX Race Tube (OS20 x 1.40"-1.90") is an ultra light BMX race inner tube made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) instead of rubber, here for 20 inch OS20 tires 1.40" to 1.90" wide. According to US Pro it weighs only about a third of a common lite rubber tube, 47g in this size. The translucent material is flexible, durable and 100 % recyclable. The 40mm alloy Presta valve has a removable valve core. It comes with an O-ring that sits between the valve base and the valve hole of the rim: it helps prevent pinching at the valve and keeps the tube in the right place under the valve hole.
