The Excess "XLC-2 Mini/Expert" Wheelset - 20 x 1-3/8 Inch (451) - Axles 10/10mm - 28H is a BMX race wheelset for Mini and Expert riders, made for training and racing. Excess builds it from the XLC double wall rims 451x19.5mm made of 6061-T6 aluminum with two specific profiles for front and rear and the sealed XLC Expert hubs with M6 axle bolts. The freehub of the rear hub works with 3 pawls with 5 teeth each on a 120 tooth ratchet, which gives you quick engagement at the gate and when you sprint.
The set is ready for V-brakes, and with the Center Lock mount of the rear hub you can run it with a disc brake as well. It fits 20 x 1-1/8" to 1-3/8" tires and has 28 spokes per wheel. The rim tape is fitted, cog and Center Lock/ISO adapter are sold separately.
