The Excess "XLC-3 Mini/Expert" Wheelset - 20 x 1-3/8 Inch (451) - Axles 10/10mm - 28H is the carbon BMX race wheelset for Mini and Expert riders, made for racing. Excess builds it from the XLC carbon rims 451x22mm made of Toray T700 carbon (3K) and the sealed XLC Expert hubs with M6 axle bolts. The freehub of the rear hub works with 3 pawls with 5 teeth each on a 120 tooth ratchet, which gives you quick engagement at the gate and when you sprint.
The set is ready for V-brakes, and with the Center Lock mount of the rear hub you can run it with a disc brake as well. It fits 20 x 1-1/8" to 1-3/8" tires, has 28 spokes per wheel, and the rims are tubeless ready. The rim tape is fitted, cog and Center Lock/ISO adapter are sold separately.
