The Insight "Alloy Mini" BMX Race Pedals are platform pedals for young riders with smaller feet. The body is CNC machined from 6061 aluminium with a concave shape, and seven threaded, replaceable pins per side keep the sole firmly on the pedal.
The CNC machined chromoly axle with 9/16" thread is made to take big jumps without bending. The pedal spins on a self-lubricating LSL bushing inboard and a sealed industrial bearing outboard. At 83 x 94mm it is clearly smaller than the Alloy Pro, and the pair weighs 338g.
