The MRP "Riser" MTB Headset Crown Race - 1.5 Inch sits 5 mm (LowRise) or 10 mm (HighRise) higher than a standard crown race. That gains clearance between fork crown and down tube, for example for the Noken air spring upgrade, or changes the geometry of your bike: according to MRP the head angle slackens by about 0.25° with LowRise and about 0.5° with HighRise, depending on the bike. It fits any 1.5 inch headset with 36°/45° bearings and a 36° mating surface (e.g. Cane Creek, FSA, Chris King DropSet 3 only) and is made from aluminium.
